In his Inaugural Address, as traditionally occurs, Governor Stitt shared his goals to make Oklahoma's government work better than previous administrations through various reforms.    

Many of the reforms the new governor is seeking will require amending Oklahoma's constitution, which has proven to be fairly difficult through the years.
