Picasso Painting Camp builds creativity and self-esteem as each student sees his/her artwork through to completion, giving them a strong sense of accomplishment. Students will do a scheduled painting each day.  Picasso Painting Camp will run June 10 through June 13 from 1-2:30 pm. Cost for the course is $79.

Lego Camp is designed for kids who like to create, build and discover using building sets and is ideal for children in grades first through fourth. Lego camp will run June 3 through June 13 from 9-10 am. The cost for this course is $79.

Minecraft Camp encourages campers to create, problem solve and work together as a team. This camp is designed to help students gain appreciation for math and science and use creativity and social skills. Both newcomers and experienced Minecraft players are welcome to participate. Minecraft camp will be offered June 3 through June 13 at two different times – 10-11 am and 11 am to noon. Cost for the course is $79.

Swim Camp covers a variety of swim levels. Introduction to Water Skills, Fundamental Aquatic Skills and Swim Stroke Development Skills classes are scheduled for July 15 through July 25.  Classes will be offered between 4 pm and 6:15 pm in 45 minute slots. Students are assigned a class time depending on their individual swim skill level. Cost of each course is $69 per student. All swim classes will be held in the indoor swimming pool at SSC’s natatorium in the Raymond Harber Field House. The climate-controlled, indoor facility allows instruction regardless of the outside weather conditions and without the dangers of overexposure to the sun.

Registration is required for all camps. Those interested are encouraged to call Stephen Brooks, Business and Training Coordinator at 405-382-9261. Participants can also enroll by calling or stopping by the College’s Office of Admissions in the Walkingstick Student Services Center located just off Highway 9 on the south side of campus.
