Bethel School Bond On April Ballot

Current buildings are plagued with problems caused by humidity.

The construction of the new upper elementary and renovations to the gym are the projects included in the bond proposal going to a vote of the patrons on April 7. The bottom inset photo is the current playground between the little red schoolhouse and the lower elementary. The playground would be relocated to make room for the new school building.

Constant humidity, mold and rust are just a sampling of issues Bethel's Upper Elementary deals with daily. Upper elementary principal Tami Cook took the Countywide & Sun on a tour of the facilities.
