Former Owner Recalls History Of Homes In Tecumseh

The little house at 309 W. Washington is removed from its foundation and demolished by excavator operator, Jimmy Ayres, of M&M Wrecking, on Sept. 21. All debris was removed, and the Tecumseh Pentecostal Church of God now owns the existing lot.

The homes at 303, 305, and 309 W. Washington, in Tecumseh, no longer exist. Arthenia Haney sold the land to the Tecumseh Pentecostal Church of God on the stipulation that the houses be removed.
