A group of 35 4-H members from Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri met at the Citizenship Washington Focus leadership program in Washington, DC, July 5-11. In the center of this group is North Rock Creek senior Victoria Nelms, who is also the Pottawatomie County 4-H President and State 4-H Reporter.
This year, Victoria “Tori” Nelms is a senior at North Rock Creek High School. She is also the Pottawatomie County 4-H President, an Oklahoma 4-H State Ambassador, State STEM Innovator, and was recently voted in as the State 4-H Reporter.
So, on July 5-11, Nelms attended the 4-H Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF) program to help improve her ability to lead in all of these roles.
