After the June 8 regular meeting was canceled, the Shawnee Public Schools Board of Education met to wrap up the 2026 fiscal year and prepare for fiscal year 2027 on June 29.
They approved three RFPs (Requests for Proposal), including a Phase One agreement with construction management team Lippert Bros., Inc. to construct an elevator for the Jim Thorpe Stadium press box.
