    Cops N’ Kids was back this year, since having to cancel for the past two years because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Started in 2017 by Shawnee Police Corporal Vivian Lozano, this was its fourth year. And the public was ready for it. Held at Shawnee’s Heart of Oklahoma Expo Center parking lot on Aug. 27, Lozano said they gave away 1,000 filled string backpacks and T-shirts. ...
