Corporal Tom Williams received the 2022 Officer of the Year Award Jan. 27, during the Shawnee Police Foundation Banquet held at The Grand Casino.
Williams began working for the Shawnee Police Department (SPD) five years ago. He is currently assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division, working the night shift. He is also a Field Training Officer.
