The Citizen Potawatomi Nation has joined other area tribes to help reduce the number of Indigenous people who are experiencing homelessness.Representatives of CPN, the Absentee Shawnee Tribe, the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma and the Sac & Fox Nation comprise the Native Homeless Alliance, which formed in July 2023.
