Dale Schools land purchase, road and odor complaints highlight meeting

The Board of County Commissioners approved a request from Dale Public Schools to purchase four lots near the school for $65,000. Superintendent Will Jones said the property, located in Block 5 (lots 21-24), adjoins existing school-owned land and is intended for future expansion.
“Our plans in the future are to build classrooms there of some sort,” said Jones.
