They were represented by Chief Strategy Officer Jim Horsburgh, center left holding shovel with Tecumseh City Manager Jimmie Stokes; Director of Business Operations Heather Durham, third from right; and Director of Marketing Ali Clark (not shown), who spoke at the event. Dobson Fiber is currently laying lines throughout Tecumseh in order to offer residential service. They already offer business service.
