Beginning this month, First United and the Gordon Cooper Technology Center in partnership with Community Renewal of Pottawatomie County is hosting the first 40East Men’s Leadership Breakfast.
The quarterly breakfast is a companion series to the wildly successful 40East Woman’s Leadership Luncheon which focuses on providing high-quality personal and professional growth opportunities to females in the community at an affordable cost.
“40East has turned into so much more, creating a community of women that are coming together to grow and learn in the same space,” said Amanda Teape Johnson, First United Spend Life Wisely Ambassador. “The women’s leadership luncheons have been so successful that men were asking for them and we are thrilled that we are able to provide a similar experience for men in our community looking for growth opportunities.”
The first 40East Men’s Leadership Breakfast will be on July 26, 2022, and will feature Mr. Greg Massey, CEO of First United Bank, a purpose-based, $13.5 billion-dollar financial services organization that operates in communities throughout Oklahoma and Texas.

The event will be from 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. at Gordon Cooper Technology Center in the Marty Lewis Safety Center located at 1 John C Bruton, Shawnee, OK 74804.
