The six women honored at First United Bank’s Harrison branch in Shawnee on June 8 were already strong. They had all survived breast cancer, and one is still fighting.
But together, they have formed bonds of friendship no one can break, making them stronger. That day, they came together to share their testimonies and accept certificates as the first graduating class of the YMCA Livestrong Program.
