OKLAHOMA CITY (July 14, 2026) – As Oklahoma temperatures continue to climb, Oklahoma Human Services is partnering with utility providers to help Oklahomans beat the heat. Applications are now open for the summer cooling Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which provides eligible households with financial assistance to help offset the cost of their summer electric bills.
