The OMMA moratorium date for new growers, processors, and dispensaries has changed. The new date is Aug. 26. This was announced to the Pottawatomie County Board of County Commissioners during the meeting Monday, Aug. 1.
Emergency Management Director Chad Larman said he was unsure why the date changed but wanted to let the board know that applications would continue to be accepted....
