Also, a large pile of bricks from the 1907 building now fill the area next to it. Owners Terry and Mary Webb are waiting on their insurance's structural engineer report on the building to determine if they should make repairs.

Due to the April 19 tornadoes, the Heavenly Grind Coffee Company will be moving from their 1836 N. Kickapoo location to downtown Shawnee at 8 E. Main, according to their Facebook post. Countywide & Sun/Natasha Dunagan
Boomarang Diner, at 9 W. Main in Shawnee, has been closed since Jan. 24, when a nearby demolition caused damage to their building. Then, the Boomarang location at 400 W.
