    In Dec., former Tecumseh resident Raymond Talley reached a rare milestone. He was presented with his 75-Year Masonic Service Certificate and Pin at his home in Stillwater by Grand Lodge of Oklahoma representatives, Grand Master M.W. Scott Vincent and Grand Warden R.W.
