The Shawnee Civic & Cultural Development Authority (SCCDA) spent a little over an hour discussing a proposed revised license agreement with OVG (formerly known as Spectra) for the International Finals Youth Rodeo (IFYR). Trustee and City Manager Andrea Weckmueller-Behringer said there was no contract in 2022, so the “highlights are the specific changes over the 2021 contract.”
