Shawnee Public Schools had a lot to be thankful for last month, with some massive donations to fund tornado recovery and improvement projects. And this month, they had a couple more Christmas presents that came early.
Both the non-profit organizations, Community Renewal and United Way of Pottawatomie County, presented checks to the school district.
