A loud explosion, a fully engulfed house fire, a fatality, and ashes falling from the sky across town was the scene in Tecumseh just after 5 pm Friday, Jan. 20.
The scene on Washington Street, just east of 4th Street in Tecumseh was contained to one residence. It was stated there was no gas service to the home; however, oxygen tanks were in the house.
