Monday marked the first day of USW Utility Groups new agreement with the City of Tecumseh to operate the City of Tecumseh Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $323,537.16 per year.
The group is taking over operation of the plant from the previous agreement holders, VEOLA.
