McLoud junior achieves 1,000 points two games before dad’s 200th coaching win

    It wasn’t exactly how he’d imagined it. McLoud junior Edan Litherland achieved his 1,000th high school career point while playing at Tecumseh on Feb. 3. He had contributed 34 points in the game.

    But, due to excessive turnovers, the Redskins lost in overtime, and his father, McLoud Athletic Director and Boys Head Basketball Coach Eric Litherland, didn’t get his 200th coaching win.
