Sterling Bill Targeting Nitrous Oxide Misuse Heads to Governor’s Desk

OKLAHOMA CITY – House Bill 1933, authored by Rep. Danny Sterling, R-Tecumseh, is headed to the Governor’s desk after gaining final legislative approval.
