Sept. 29, 2026 — OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Adam Panter has named Tom Bates to serve as District 23 First Assistant District Attorney. Bates will oversee operations of the District 23 District Attorney’s Office after District Attorney Adam Panter’s resignation takes effect Sept. 30.
