Shawnee City Manager Andrea Weckmueller-Behringer was voted into her current position by the Shawnee City Commissioners in October.
And she, along with the management team and the city commissioners, has been working on a long to-do list of Shawnee improvements.
First on the list is addressing water and sewer lines that were buried above the freeze line many years ago and are prone to bursting.
