Wanette may be a small town, but they have an impressive, non-stop fireworks show on July 4.
Mayor Nathan Gregory said the fireworks are paid for entirely by donation, and the community gave $3,000 this year.
City Trustee Angela Larman said Mary Chambers began the fireworks show about 15 or 16 years ago, and Larman has been in charge of it for the past 13 years.
