Three suspects are in custody for murder in the first degree. Suspects Brian Locke, Christopher Kaker and Namer Holbert are all being held for murder in the first degree.
A tree will be planted at the new Pottawatomie County Administration building in memory of District Attorney-Elect David Hammer. Hammer won the election for DA on June 28 but passed away just five days later.
