David Gene Bibb passed away January 9, 2023. David was born on November 13, 1973 in Oklahoma City to David Gene Bibb, Sr. and Llewellyn Virginia Bibb. On October 16, 1992, David married Joni Janell Bibb.
David owned and operated David’s Automotive in Shawnee for over 15 years.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, daughter: Brooklyn Shepherd and husband Tray of Shawnee; grandson OG Trayson Shepherd of Shawnee, sons: Devin Bibb of Shawnee, son, David Bibb, III of Wichita Falls, TX, mother, Llewellyn Bibb of Shawnee, brother: Joseph Bibb of Shawnee, sisters: Frances Bibb of Shawnee, Ruth Ann Merrell of Tecumseh, Brenda Osborn of Shawnee, and Lucy Lyons and husband Rocky of Harrah/Newalla; as well as many friends and extended family members.
David was preceded in death by his father, David Gene Bibb, Sr., brother, James Eli Bibb, mother-in-law, Janice Dimmick, grandmother, Pearl Ann Pece, and sister-in-law, Sandy Lynn Bibb.
Services were held January 16, 2023 at the Walker Funeral Chapel. Following the ceremony he was laid to rest at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wheatland, OK.
