Loveler Grimes Williams passed away January 20, 2023. She was born April 1, 1934 in Eatonton, GA to Lee Jordan Grimes and Julia Lewis Grimes.
Loveler was married to Isaiah Williams.
She worked in housekeeping at OBU, Tecumseh Girls Town, retiring from COJAC. After retiring she continued to work as a Home Health Aide.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lee J. and Julia Grimes; husband, Isaiah Williams; brothers, Lee, Samuel, Joseph, Theodore and Wingfield; sisters, Sarah, Equilla and Eva; daughter, Sandra Kay.
Left to cherish her memory: son, Duncan Eric Williams, Shawnee; brothers, Waymon Grimes, Dallas, TX, Marcus (Gloria) Grimes, Tecumseh, OK; sister, Mary Agnus Anthony, Norman, OK; grandchildren, Andrea Dominique, Eric Duncan and Quinton Kang; 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Services were held January 27, 2023 at Brooksville Cemetery with Reverend Charles Carthen and Pastor Wingfield Grimes, Jr. officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
