Robert “Keith” Lewis passed away February 26, 2023. Keith was born on October 27, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan to Hubert Arnold Lewis and Della Mae (Tolbert) Lewis.
Keith entered active duty with the US Army in 1977 and faithfully served until his honorable discharge. He married Sharon Elaine Hathcock in May of 1989 in Nashville, Tennessee. Later in life Keith was employed by TDK Corporation for approimately 12 years and his final employment was with the Wood Group where he worked for approximately five years until his retirement.
Keith is preceded in death by his wife Sharon, his mother and father; a step-son, Brian Webb; and a stepdaughter, Tracie Webb Willis.
He is survived by a step granddaughter, Ricki Willis of Shawnee; a step daughter, Kimberly Elliott of Seminole; a very special great granddaughter, Brae Lynn Buttram of Shawnee who always referred to him as Papa; a cousin, Mike Tollett of Tennessee; and other extended family and many good friends.
Following cremation, a memorial service for Keith will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of McElyea & Owens Funeral Group of Shawnee.
