William “Pat” Haggard passed away February 12, 2023.
Pat was born on Oct. 29, 1952 in Shawnee, OK. He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1970. He worked for various companies over his lifetime, which included building his own business, Haggard’s Technical Services, Inc., where, among other professional successes, wrote award winning point of sale programs.
He moved to Oregon in 2000 and worked at Clatsop Community College (CCC) as Network Administrator. He retired from CCC in June 2010. He obtained his Bachelors in Communications from Marylhurst University. Pat is survived by his three children and their families, his older brother, along with numerous other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Wanda Haggard, his wife, Cheryl Haggard, his grandparents, and numerous others.
Services were held February 24th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
