Saundra Norene Johnson passed away March 21, 2023. Saundra was born on August 14, 1942 to Orvil Monroe Casey and Amey Syrilda McCabe Casey. She graduated Shawnee High School in May of 1960. In June of 1960, she married Donald Ray Johnson. Saundra retired after 11 yrs as the custodian at North Rock Creek School.
Saundra is survived by her husband of almost 63 years, Donald Ray Johnson of the home; Sisters: Beth and husband Jim Vogt of Oklahoma City and Sue and husband Joe Johnson of Macomb, children: Faron Johnson and wife Melanie of Perry, OK, Norenia and husband Paul Jones of Shawnee, Lorenia Johnson of Shawnee and Ferlin Johnson and wife Hollie of Shawnee; and 20 grandchildren.
Services were held March 25, 2023 at Sharon Baptist Church, 19002 S Gordon Cooper Dr, Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801.
