Cathy Condit wears many hats. Most people know her as Tecumseh’s City Clerk or City Treasurer. She also has the title of Administrative Assistant.
But Condit is responsible for another city job, as well. Each spring, she replants the 16 flower gardens along South Broadway Street at the intersection corners.
