In June, the Shawnee Health Plaza - including the VA Clinic, far left, and SSM Health Clinic - was still rebuilding from the tornado.
The Valir Physical Therapy Kickapoo location received extensive tornado damage, and parts of their building blew into the Shawnee VA Clinic location.
It was almost deja vu. The original grand opening of the Shawnee Veterans Affairs (VA) Clinic was held on Oct. 21, 2022, and the Grand Re-opening of the clinic was held on Monday, Sept. 18.
