It was reported in the Countywide & Sun l that the two bond propositions for McLoud Public Schools passed. That is not correct. Bonds require a 60 percent vote (super majority) to pass and neither propositions received the required votes to reach the 60 percent threshold. We regret that we did not remember this detail prior to printing the paper.
