Sometime around midnight or 1 am, a fi re downtown fully engulfed the top fl oor of the building that housed Bugatti Buds and Candy Licker.. Shawnee Fire Department is dousing the roof of The Ritz in an attempt to keep the fi re from spreading. A Facebook post by The Ritz said it has water damage, but had not been inside to see if there was any additional damage at the time of publication.
