The Indians lost to Dale, 9-15, but they won their Class B Regional Tournament on Sept. 28-29, beating Hammon twice and losing once to Calumet. Asher advanced to the State Quarterfinals on Oct. 5 at Edmond Santa Fe High School and lost to Ft. Cobb-Broxton, 2-12. The Asher Indians end their season with a record of 16-14.
