Betty Lou Napier, 90, passed away on October 13, 2023 at home after a short illness.
Betty was born December 20, 1932 in Oklahoma City, OK, to John and Georgia Norton Sparks. She married Eldon “Dick” Napier, on December 11, 1953 in Macomb, OK.
Betty worked at Girls’ Town in Tecumseh, Cooks in Shawnee, and helped run the Napier Insurance Agency for 37 years.
