Joyce Glenda (Turley) Davis passed away November 24, 2023. Joyce was born in Okmulgee, OK. on September 13, 1934 to Pearly and Harold Turley.
She met George Ray Davis at age 15 in Oklahoma City and they were married May 8, 1950. She retired in 2000 from Marriott Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, spouse, and one son, George Zachary Davis. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Loraine (Davis) Wells and spouse Danny of Earlsboro, OK, son, Russell Bradley (Brad) Davis and spouse Teresa of Moore, OK, Philip Christian (Chris) Davis and spouse Donna of Moore, OK, and Jason Patrick Davis and spouse Angela of Shawnee, OK. She leaves 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
A memorial ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Walker Funeral Chapel in Shawnee. She will be laid to rest during a private memorial along with her husband at a later date.
