For Grady and Scott Oliver, the owners of Hardesty Market & Deli, 2023 was a roller coaster ride.

In March, Grady had complications from an appendectomy that put him in the ICU for 22 days and a total of 50 days in an OKC hospital.

While Grady fought for his life against Necrotizing Fasciitis, a life-threatening infection, younger brother Scott was holding down the fort at their business.
