    OKLAHOMA CITY – Danny Williams, R-Seminole, co-authored legislation to cut the state’s income tax by 0.25%.

    House Bill 1002XXX passed the House 71-20 this week during a special session called by the governor. The measure would take the state’s top income tax rate from 4.75% to 4.5% and completely eliminate the tax for Oklahoma’s lowest earners.
