Stephen Maurice Elliott passed away on June 15, 2024 after a heroic battle against pancreatic cancer. Steve was born in Germany on Mar. 15, 1961 to Joe Bob and Waltraud (Trudy) Elliott.
Steve graduated from Shawnee High School in 1979. He went on to continue his education and basketball career at Sterling College in KS. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and started his career as a technician with Hitachi Instruments. He finished his career with Roche Diagnostics as a Senior Project Manager. He married Karen Lynch, on September 8, 1984.
Steve is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Jacob and daughter-in-love, Jessica Elliott; three grandchildren, brothers, Robert and Jeff Elliott and numerous other beloved family members.
A service for Stephen will be held Friday, July 12th at 3:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home in Shawnee. Favorite sports team or casual attire is encouraged.
