Sharon Ann Head was born Jan. 26, 1943, and after a fight with dementia she passed away on July 18, 2024.
She was born to James E. Head and Iva R. Head in Bethel, OK. At the ripe ole age of 21 Sharon married Teddie Merle Souders of Shawnee, OK. She and Merle celebrated 60 years of marriage in 2024.
Sharon is survived by her husband; sister and brother in law, Joyce and Bill Stewart; her brother in law, Jim Rose; brother in law, Fred Souders; daughter, Sharlynn Hornbeck; son, Teddy Souders; daughter and son in law, Neetria and Dempsey Templeton; grandkids, Branden, Charleigh Buckmaster, Rose Templeton, Mason Templeton, Darcee Souders, and Kelly Templeton; six great grandkids; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 9 am to 8 pm, Thursday, July 25, 2024 and continue through service time. Service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 26, 2024 at Cooper Funeral Home Chaple with Pastor Larry Jones, Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, Tecumseh, OK officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
