    Bethel’s Quarterback Club hosted the Eighth Annual Bethel High School Blue & Gold Bash on Aug. 17 at the football field. It featured 16 booths, the kick-off inter-squad football game, and, for the first time, there was a pie auction.

    But it wasn’t the pies that the crowd was bidding on. It was the student athletes who would get pies in their faces.
