Wood Hopes To Continue Making A Difference As The New Sheriff

On Jan. 6, 2025, there will be a new sheriff in Pottawatomie County.
But Freeland Wood is no stranger - especially not to Shawnee. Wood has been in law enforcement for 36-and-a-half years, and he enjoys building positive relationships.
