The Roach Coach and other diners

Chances are, if you ever served at Tinker AFB, other military installations, or at construction sites, you are very much aware of the Roach Coach.  For the uninitiated, think “food truck.” The tag “Roach Coach” stems from sometimes unhealthy cleanliness standards on early mobile coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, and snack dispensaries.
