John Ransom Edminsten passed away Feb. 7, 2025. He graduated from McLoud High School in 2010 then attended The Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma. He earned his associate’s degree in Applied Science, a field that allowed him to further his artistic journey. Throughout his life, John held various jobs, but it was his love for music that truly defined him.
John is survived by his parents, Maurice and Teresa Edminsten; his sister, Sara Edminsten; his beloved cat, Maya; and many other beloved family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Uncle Monte Edminsten, Aunt Cara Cannon, Great Aunt and Uncle Billie & John Giblaint, and his Grandparents, John & Martha Edminsten and Toy & Betty Cannon.
Services were held Feb. 17th at Cooper Funeral Home in Tecumseh, OK.
