James Alexander Countz passed awat Feb. 21, 2025.
James was born in London, AR. to Lawrence Alexander and Mary Alice (Spillers) Countz. He married Lucy Ann Earhart on Dec. 5, 1960, in Oklahoma City. He began working for Childers Plumbing Company in Tecumseh.
He was preceded in dearth by his parents; and his older brother, Roy Lee Countz.
He was survived by his wife Lucy Countz of Prague; three sons, Jerry Countz of Yukon, Larry Countz and wife Patricia of Yukon, and Mike Countz and his “Old Lady” Lisa; 11 grandchildren: Jared James Countz of Yukon, Gabrielle Falks of Yukon, Pedro Countz of Pheonix, AZ, Hannah Grimm of Colorado Springs, CO, Benjamin Countz of Harrisburg, PA, Matthew Countz of Yukon, Sallye Ann Biles of Ada, Cody Michael Countz of Stillwater, Dusty Colbert of Blanchard, Tyler Colbert of Oklahoma City, and Rachel Watts of Shawnee; as well as eleven great-grandchildren.
