Doris Nell Linduff Ficke Blakley, 87, of Bethel OK. passed on Feb. 24, 2025 after a long battle with dementia. Doris was born Dec. 8, 1937 near Tecumseh, OK. She was a proud graduate of Tecumseh High School, Class of 1956. In 1959 she married Emmett Joe Ficke and they had two daughters, Sherri and Sheila. Mr. Ficke passed in 1979 and Doris married Homer Elijah Blakley in 1983. They enjoyed their life together until Mr. Blakley’s passing in 2012.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Ila Linduff, her brothers Charles Linduff and H.J. Linduff, her stepson James Blakley and both her husbands.
She is survived by her brother Carl Linduff, daughters Sherri Wooldridge and Sheila Ledford and her stepson Donovan D. Blakley, their spouses, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family members and many friends.
