Evelyn Loman, age 90, of Shawnee, passed away on April 1, 2025. Evelyn was born on Oct. 2, 1934, in Trousdale, OK, to Lanta Judy and Gladys (Parrish) Judy. She grew up in Wanette, OK. She married Don Loman when she was 22 years old. Together they started Loman Drilling and made it a very successful business.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Lanta and Gladys; her loving husband, Don; son, Greg Loman; brothers, Harold Judy and Ralph Judy; and sisters, Loretta Judy and Mary Judy.
Leaving behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Becky Baggett (Jeff), and Tina King (Wayne); sister, Catherine Doshier; sister-inlaw, Millie Hodde; grandchildren, Tyler Loman (Denise Nadolski), Justin Loman, Neil King, Tim King, Matt Baggett (Lindsey); and seven great-grandchildren.
Services were held April 5, 2025 at Rock Creek Baptist Church, Shawnee, OK.
